  I am absolutely saddened by the service I received from this company. When I made my initial contact with Nick in October to service my propane heater he was prompt to answer and came to my home in a couple of days. He did 'something' with the heater and said it was fixed however when we started using the heater a few days later the sensor seemed to be off, and the heater would turn off after a few minutes which was the problem we hired him to fix in the first place. I called him and made an apt with him to come and repair it, and he promised to do so in a few days at no cost to me as he did not fix the issue. It's been two months now and I think I've been extremely patient with him. I've called and texted and he refuses to answer my calls. I eventually called from an unknown number and he answered. Told me he would not be able to come until the end of this week. I explained to him that we have been waiting months now and we are cold and need him to fix this issue. He advised me to find someone else, how is that fair since I've already paid him to fix the issue. Nick rudely hung up on me after this. Integrity is everything in business, Nick has shown himself to be dishonest in his dealings with me. I would not recommend him to anyone.
